Raw file won't load...

I am a new Locus user. I have 3 raw session files on a receiver
that download to disk, but I can't get the first session (A) file to
add to the project. Anyone else have this problem?

Fred,

You have encountered a problem that has recently appeared. On occasion, a receiver will produce a raw data file containing range errors to one of the satellites. This causes the data file to not be able to load into the processing software.

We have not yet been able to track down the reason for this since it seems to be so random and happens so infrequently. We are working hard to isolate and repair the problem.

Fortunately, the raw data file can be repaired. You will need to email to the the B-file exhibiting the problem along with it's corresponding E-file. It will take me only a couple of minutes to repair the file and send I will then email it back to you.

I consider myself an experienced user of the Locus, and have never had the problem Fred describes.
