ProMark X-CM FW v5.03

Does anyone has ProMark X-CM FW v5.03 and uploader utility software? We are having problem with the unit and the Firmware need to be re-installed, but since Ashtech is not supporting this product anymore, I can not get them from anywhere.

I should have it(them) somewhere since I used these til not long ago and I had 5.03.
