PM3, Cell phones and providers

I am thinking about putting a document together showing how to set a PM3 up to connect with our state RTN. I was hoping some posters would share what Brand/Model cellphone and providers they are using successfully. It might also be good to know dial up numbers and modem strings.

This is what works for me:
Motorola V195,RAZR. Nokia 6103
T-mobile for carrier with $20 data plan.
Ph. # *99***1#, *99# may work
modem +cgdcont=1,"IP","wap.voicestream.com"

I have not been able to set a Samsung to work, has anyone else?

I use internet2.voicestream.com for my apn. You might be interested in the difference between them. T-Mobile APNs

Joe,
What is your entire modem command? I think I tried the APN deal a couple of years ago but the PM3 wouldn't accept that many characters.
