Can somebody explain why ProMark2 sometimes stops collecting data & turning back to main menu (navigation/survayng).At the same time reciever will not save any file.We had same problem with four different reciever, in different places, at different times.That's not funny if it's happens with control unit & you notice that, at the end of day.

Are these brand new PMII's that have not been re-initialized yet?

Make sure the power and available memory are good.

Please re-initialize the PMII's using reasonable default coordinates for your area.

Also, can you e-mail me the serial numbers and Date Codes of the units for our records. The date codes are located inside the battery pack and are 4-digit numbers.

If this behavior still persists, the PMII's will have to be sent in for repair.
