Session Confirmed...

Going tomorrow to remove the last 5 meter target over the calibrated baseline...(and will also run three units tommorow on the first three monuments)...Just 8 hours... But a baseline for the experiment....Fort Sill doesn't use this target for any schoools or azimuth firings...

Ground to Ground...That's the ulimate goal....Can we get a good azimuth/distance to tie a survey to the NSRS, that's repeatable with L1 methods...?

Does anyone have any Elk scaring ideas? They dont' seem to be worried about flashing lights, movement, or whatever...Still thinking about how just one would make a pretty good winter store of foodstuffs.....

450,000 (+/-) and counting, 449,999 and counting, 449,998 and counting......

Sure...JD...Make me pull out the 11C...

You know that I can't add or subtract anyomore with my calculator...My wife's not sure about the experiment (she sorta thinks that I might make some side stops while the reciever's are working)...You'd think after 24 plus years that she'd have a little more faith...Asked my son to go...(no internet, no DVD, no CD) and he said he'd rather stay at home with mom...

But I'm going to have a hellava time!

but, an 11c was ecaxtly what I had in my hands to figure my countdown out.... darn it, I lost count. Now I gotta start all over again.....

449,398 and counting, 449,397 and counting.....

11C and GPS...

Two of the most useful things to come down the pike in the last 20 years...If I had to pick ,then the 11C would be my choice... GPS is cool, but with an 11C then you can rule the world.. or at least figure out the dimensions....

Potential Disturbance of the Force
Posted By J.D. Billings on 1/28/2002 at 8:18 PM

Sunspot region 9800 is growing at an alarming rate. If my guess is correct it will be "earth directed" around Thursday. Just in time for a M-9 to X-2 class storm and CME to stir things up for Saturday night. If so, I suppose we test the solar conditions.

If anyone wants to scare Elk, just put me in the general vicinity with a hunting license. They will disappear from a 30 mile radius.

Re: 11c good but....

the 25c and the 45 were pretty good also. My old 45 was used and abused(accidentally) but kept on ticking....

And the 45 had a 3key combo(undocumented) to do a countdown from the number in the x register counting by the y register amount.
