I'VE DOWNLOADED THREE FILES FROM MY RECIEVERS INTO LOCUS PROCESSOR,BUT IT DOES NOT OPEN ONE OF THE FILES. HAVE CHECKED TO BE SURE FILE CONTAINS INFO. IS THERE ANYWAY TO OPEN AND USE THE FILE?

Try and download the file from the receiver again. It will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file and choose yes.
I have seen this happen maybe twice in two years.

THANKS FOR ANSWERING DAVE. HAVE REDOWNLOADED TWICE AND OVER WRITTEN FILE. STILL NO LUCK.

If you e-mail me the raw files I'll see if I can load them up into Solutions 2.5. Please note that LOCUS processor has been replaced by Ashtech Solutins and an uprade is available through our sales department.

Did ya get any checksum errors when downloading ??? From experience I've found ya CAN'T download to a network drive, you must put it on a LOCAL drive.

I scanned the files, and they now load and process with no errors being indicated. I've sent the scanned files back via e-mail.
