Ashtech employee Mark Bryant died today. A great guy.
Mark was an exceptional rep. He made things happen, he supported me to the hilt and he really knew his stuff. I'll miss him and I don't think I could ever forget him. He was funny, he was thoughtful, he was a real pro. God bless his family and friends during this difficult time.
John put it well. Mark was well liked and widely respected. One of the best. I'll miss him.
Mark was one of the best. Four years ago, he was instrumental in convincing me to come to Ashtech from another GPS company. My first week with the company was spent with him, he was the one who helped me cut my teeth on blue gear. He was smart, he was funny, he was knowledgeable, and he'd go the extra mile for his customers or his dealers.
He and I spoke two or three times a week, we always bounced stuff off one another. He will be sorely missed, both professionally and on a personal level.
The report of Mark Bryant's passing is a great shock to me and to all of us that had the great opportunity to know him and work with him. I would like to extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to his family and coworkers during this most difficult period. I consider myself fortunate to have enjoyed conversation with him on a professional and personal level at a recent trade show.
