Does not recognize the sessions on the receiver . So I can't download them. Everything is set up correctly before doing a static session. Am I missing something. Receiver connects fine with downloader however once it connects the sessions do not show up in the window. I know they are there because they are listed on the receivers PMCCIA card. Help!

1. What model receiver?
2. What firmware version?
3. Which download program?
4. What software version?

Given this information, someone will be able to answer your question.

I was thinking last night that maybe because the firmware in the receiver has been updated that I needed a newer version of downloader software. When in doubt I ask the experts. Accepting knowledge from someone with experience makes life so simple. I wish I would have accepted that earlier in life. Maybe I would be making the software instead of using it. Thanks a bunch.
