Simple - as always, you need to download the latest MobileMapper Office software from the Thales web site. Go to the web site, click on Products & Solutions, then on Support, then go down to Software list. Scroll down to MobileMapper Office and click on the link. Latest version is 3.30 but you may need to also update the firmware of the receiver - check the compatibility matrix on that page.

Mobile Mapper Office is a huge download. Not too bad for high speed but if you're a dial up, you may want to opt for them sending you a CD...

The download for the MM Office is up and running however, we are unable to open or send the firmware over to our Mobile Mapper. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help.

Hello -have recently upgraded firmware v. 6.56 on MM Pro plus upgraded MM Office but post-processing now not working with ref. station RINEX data files (bar time lines not coming up on screen). PP appears to be still activated OK in unit.
Any ideas anyone?

You probably didn't choose Post Processing when you started your project.

Mike (or anyone else out there)

Is there a way to disable the "Real-time" option from the Mobile Mapper Pro's Job Mode screen?
Because it comes up first on the screen (before "Post-processing") our field crews accidentally select that now and then when we would rather they never collect "Real-time" jobs.

There is not a way to remove real time as a choice.

Sometimes real time is the best choice.
