Have loaded Survce on the MMCE but cant communicate.
Using the serial port set up Topcon GTS 303 on COM 1 and the default baud rate and parity.
Anybody using this as a data collector for total station?
Anybody got any suggestions?
Works fine with GPS on com 2 and baud rate Parity from Thales.

I hooked it up to a Leica TC305 the other day and it worked perfectly, using the I/O module and the serial port.

Did you use com 1? Were the baud, parity, etc the same as what the leica uses?
If so I can only assume that something is wrong with the I/O module or the unit.

Just talked with Hayes Instruments. They are having the same problem.
