I'm having trouble getting a connection between the GPS and pc.

I tried to upload (to the receiver) a small map region, a route and some waypoints to a job, but could not get the ProMark 2 to connect. I get the error box telling me to check the com port, make sure unit is on and NMEA is off. That all looks good. I tried one of my other PM2's, tried switching from com 2 to com 1 with the same result. I have ActiveSync and know to turn off the com port under their connection settings. I can go to Ashtech Solutions and find the receivers just fine, but in MapSend it's a "No Go". Any ideas?
