Whilst nosing around the raw data windows on a recent PM2 project, I noticed that both the carrier phase and SNR windows display values for L2 as well as for L1. L2 is evidently being tracked (as opposed to estimated somehow from L1), as loss-of-lock events are being recorded for it. Is this a common phenomenon of L1 receivers, or is there something in the PM2 hardware that's not being advertised?

Do Locus receivers show the L2 values as well?
