cut in 3-4 inch pieces at a fairly sharp angle make real nice styliiiiii

stick a few in your pockets, equipment bags, in your mouth :-)

it does require some energy exerted by the end user though ;-(

But JD, I carry enough stuff in the field

Gordie,

That's what SCREEN PROTECTORS are for!

Yeah Mike but with only one good eye

I am not sure that I have the ability to use a moving stylis on the end of a four foot long pole.......

Course I can understand why you guys are using bluetooth and cableless data collectors. I figure I'd be getting a cable wrapped up in the weed eater all the time.......

Greetings from the land of spruce gum!

be careful when weedeating in the field... some of those weeds can be poisonous...

Uh, Curtiss

I'm sure JD meant "brand new" or "never been used" weed eater line for the stylus. I know JD personally, and I don't think he'd stick a piece of used weed eater line in his mouth that has possibly been used to weed eat a poisonous weed.

And I'm more than certain he has a "gas powered" certification stamp on his yard pass.

LPL:

23 inches of snow from about 5am to 5pm Sunday.

It was very light and fluffy, but still over the top edge of my 11.5 HP Aeriens snowblower.

Thank God it was only in the 20's all day, if it had been warmer and wetter, it would have been impossible.

The worst part is 176' of sidewalk frontage and what that lovely snowplow driver does to me, over and over and over again!

You must understand JD.

He is a man who takes his Surveying and his Yard Work very seriously. Often he tends to find a way to work them in together.

This is likely the first (and possibly the last) autonomous GPS controlled lawn mower in existence.

Dan has been trying to get JD to purchase a DR..One can only imagine the carnage that might happen.

O.K.

Just to tweak the suspense, Fancy Dan and I, along with some input from the Dangerous One, have been kicking around the idea of joining a DR Trimmer and a Topcon Robot :-)

Domo Origato, Mister Roboto.

Domo....Domo..

I am the angle man.
I can trim up your land.

(slap up side the head).

Okay..Back on target.

If you can somehow mate the pizza pan antenna, the DR and a Robot, then I will surely look to see a front page story at some point in East Texas.

Thales needs to have categorys. I think this one might go into the "Ripley" category.

You can laugh at us all you want, but sometimes "Hold my beer and watch this" actually can have positive results.

I was trying to keep it under wraps that you had plans to incorporate a Mobile Mapper into the DR/Robot, using the pizza pan groundplane.

I hope the bluetooth department has worked out the communications

Bluetooth is on the back burner. The Hooterville CORS is up however. Uncle Joe let us put it on the water tower at The Junction!

I'm all for it, as long as it is the dangerous one's topcon robot and not my topcon robot.
