HOW waterproof is the PM3

I posted this along time ago . . . no answer.

"How", water-proof is the PM3?

Is it water proof enough that it can be used in a light rain, light snow or even in a fog?

At what point must a PM3 be broken down because of weather.

What about snow-flakes that land on the face of a PM3, then melt? Is this too much water?
