Mobilemapper Firmware Upgrade

I have a Mobilemapper with v6.00 firmware installed. When attempting to upgrade to 6.52, MAGUP detects the unit, but then MAGUP goes into "Determining Upload Protocol", and doesn't go anywhere. The unit never switches into a software upload mode.

I can talk to the unit fine through MobileOffice 3.0. I did do a 32 reset prior to attempting the upgrade. If it matters I am using a USB to Serial converter.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Problem solved with a computer that has a serial port. For now, I wouldn't try upgrading firmware with a USB/serial converter.
