Downloading to Locus Processor

Hello All,

Have any one of you Locus-Ipaq-Solutions 2 -Locus Processor users been able to download via IR from Ipaq handheld and to Locus Processor?.
I am having a warm time trying and an stuck at this point. The processor cannot establish a connection and I have seen in the help files where it is said that the processor only supports the HP48 handheld.
Where do I go from here?

I think you must have version 2.4 or later of ashtech solutions to work.

What version do you have?

Yes, Solutions 2.40 or higher is required to download the IPAQ.

Please make sure you have registered your LOCUS software at www.ashtech.com

This is the first step in getting the new Solutions software. Then, contact sales@ashtech.com to discuss getting the new Solutions.

John, you need to step on up to Solutions 2.4 for your Locus and Survey Control II to all come together.

I want to thank all of you guys who came to the rescue of a floundering novice, me.
It was to software. I am now using AS 2.5 and it worked.I will move on to the next threshold an start producing with locus.
