I've seen alot of good looking stuff with the MM on a pole and an L1 antenna....i kind of jury rigged something temporary but i am not good with the antenna cables....can anybody help me setup something..keep in mind I need to buy these things..i dont have much in the way of tools presently...oh and if anyone has a suggestion where to get a decent L1 antenna reasonable, I'm all ears.
Works great
The bracket is a SECO bracket for a Husky Data Collector. The one for the Explorer doesn't quite fit.
I use one antenna for the MMpro but the other one is usually on my PM2 which is within a half mile and burning static as a base.

I use a Seco Ranger bracket, and a ProMark2 antenna and cable.
how did you guys get an antenna cable made??..if you have a source please share it. thanks
I recall Phill some time ago posted info on having one made up, but I understand it is now available through your Thales dealer.
Paul in PA
For teh MobileMapper Pro, the Promark2 antenna cable works. For the MobileMapper CE, the ProMark3 antenna cable works.
Any dealer can source you these cables.
If you need a longer cable, do a search of previous posts using "PM2 antenna cable" you will find how to extend your cable.
