Ashtech.com...problems???

Went to ashtech.com for the purpose of downloading a manual. Clicked on Customer Support; then clicked on Access the Ashtech FTP Site...nothing happened! Clicked on Manuals (Download)...nothing happened. Did all this last night and this morning. Is the website fouled? Anybody out there have similar problem?? Thanks for the info...


Use Netscape, not IE

I did exactly what you did from our website in IE 5.0 and it choked for me too. Then I did it in Netscape, and it worked perfectly. Our ftp site seems to have a problem with IE.

Charles,

I have used IE to get there without problems most of the time. But if you do have problems you might give this a try.

Use ftp://ftp.ashtech.com to access the ftp server and it may work better for you.
