About 80 miles west of Wichita?
I talked to a gentleman this afternoon who merely needs to get relative elevation on two points about 1800 feet apart. He wants to run water from one point to the other, and just needs to verify that gravity is in his favor. Is anyone going to be in his neighborhood and interested in such a small job? He says that the points have clear sky, so a couple of PM2's would do the job. There are steep hills in between the points, so running a level probably won't be a good method.
