I am looking for someone with intimate knowledge of Magellan's MStar program for downloading data files from GPS units. I am using a Promark X and the most current software available yet in converting downloaded mobile files into shapefiles for use in ARCVIEW, MSTAR consistantly looses attributes. Is there a better software package out there? I have a tremendous amount of data and MSTAR is hugely time consumptive.
