Does the new GPS/Glonass almanac ALM00.307, refelect the recent Glonass launch?

Stephen,

Only one of the three new Glonass satellites is currently in operating status, beginning on day 309. Therefore, I would suspect that the day 307 almanac would not contain any of the new satellites.
