Personally I'm old enough to remember when complaints and business in general were done in person. The phone wasn't even the place for serious business.
I'm only 47 and can still say I miss the "good old days" before the wonderful "information super highway".

No apology necessary. We want this to be an open forum, discussing the bad along with the good. I'm disappointed with your less-than-satisfying telephone conversation with your local Ashtech dealer. Michael Glutting is the Regional Sales Manager for your part of the country. I'm sure he will get to the bottom of this issue quickly and get a copy of the software out to you.
The main reason for my post is to give you a heads up regarding the v1.2 you will receive. The Ashtech version of Locus Processor requires a Product ID number which you will be prompted for when loading the software. The Sokkia version of Locus Processor does not require such a number therefore you never received one. To get your Product ID number, simply call Ashtech Customer Support at 800-229-2400. They will supply you with one.
