Mission planning sofeware

Has anyone noticed on the mission planning software,if you set your mask to 15 degrees it has low pdop values, set it to 13 degrees and they becme worse. What gives?

I am unable to duplicate what you describe. Please contact me directly with more details...version of MP, site position, date and times...and a copy of the almanac you used.

This has only happened on one day, Oct. 30, 2000
version mp 4.10-1998. almoo.308, site 35d 43' 00" north 96d 53' 10" west

I don't know the details, but I heard the crew talking about this, the same day. Oklahoma City area.
