D-File ?

I've got 2 different projects a couple miles apart that I want to use the Kinematic mode for. Both fairly small projects and the control for each is unrelated. One is a topo of 2 dirt storage piles, the other location of 8 monitoring well locations. I was wondering if the same D-file can be used for both projects, or do I need to download the D-File before starting the other project? I realize I'll need to initialize each project separately. I would think I could download the Locus files into the two separate project directories and add the same D-file to each? Thanks for your suggestions.

I personally would recommend downloading the d-file for each project. You could use just one but you might have to go in and manually split it into two files. Also the memory size of the Hp48 does leave a little to be desired.

C.T.,

There is no problem in combining data from different projects into one D-file. Just include the same D-file in with the raw data from each project when processing. The software will extract only the D-file data associated with the raw data files.
