GPS under glass

I wonder what kinds of covers I can put over top a GPS antenna without affecting it's reception?

When I see pictures of CORS sites, they seem to be under glass(or plastic?).

We're thinking about a basic, off the shelf and readily available "Tupperware Bowl".

If we can make do with our latest purchase, we will install a base station for supplimental data for local area GIS projects. Never know when the local CORS may be down. We plan to do a "semi-permanent" install of a L1 antenna for that purpose only. We have L1/L2 for OPUS/CORS static needs, but the nearby L1 would be a great asset for local work.
