Mobile Mapper

I broke-down today and enabled post-processing in my MM, and I'm so glad I did. I saved, probably a day and half at least on three wetland systems today. I was in and out in alittle over 5 1/2 hrs. Got back to the office and got everthing processed and it all looks good.
Until I tried to get it into AutoCad. I imported the file as a dxf and a line that is 25' on the ground is 0.0000755 in the computer. I know I could scale it up, but I shouldn't have to do that should I?

Check the coordinates and units settings in MobileMapper Office. Sounds like the units in the dxf are latitude/longitude, maybe.

I have been MobileMapping my trip half way across the USA. It's been an interesting trip so far.

Just checking the mail from the kid's house in Oklahoma City.

Hmm, I'm thinking, IF I were to leave this afternoon in the '66 VW split window bus with the BIG "steal your face" in the back window I might get to East Texas by next Friday. Depending on the prevailing winds that is....

Sounds like the output file settings are set to Lat/Long.

And Dave...See you tomorrow. Look for a baby blue t-bird, with a Magellan on the dash and the pizza pan mag mount antenna on the roof.
