Went to the field solo yesterday, and in three hours did a boundary on two 5-Ac. tracts, set 15 control points and as-built 3/4 mile of gravel road with my Locus units.
Locus isn't the right tool for every job, but it's the _ONLY_ (affordable) tool for some jobs!

I have been doing solo line staking using Locus. I run the line with a compass doing kinematic, and after processing I go back and pull offsets.
One-man line staking this way, in the right terrain, is really productive.
Locus is the best tool whenever the trees arent too thick.
