PM2 Initialization - Ashtech Sol' Question

I've just joined this great message board. In australia.
Anyway - Stop and GO with PM2. The Base is on a known point (coords entered during processing). You initialise on a "known point" but don't enter coords untill processeing. Along the way I picked up points which were tagged "control". So following loss of lock i walk back to last "control" and re-initialise (only 30 sec) and continue. Q - how does Ashtech sol' deal with this. those "control" points are not accurate untill processing is done with original seed. Do I then make those points control and re-run precessing.
Long note, but I'm confused.


Control and Known

Since you marked them as control as you shot them and shot them as known when you initialized on them the software will use your first observation as the basis for the intialization.
