Would one of you Ashtech Reps please email me a phone number I can call to discuss my ongoing Locus unit problems. I am at my wits end going through the lady at customer support (when and if the phone is answered). I want to talk to someone in some responsible charge. I will not air my problems on this board. Not good for me, and sure not good for you. But, I am near my threshold of tolerance.

J.D.... what number are you calling to get Ashtech support? If dialing 1 800 229 2400, you should press #1 when prompted if you need tech support on operational procedures. Press #2 if you want customer service (repair & return, status of RMA's etc.)
If your patience hasn't worn too thin you could also post a brief description of the problem (if it's an operational one) on this board so that some of our outposted tech people such as Bob Lemoine or Bill Martin might pick it up and be able to help. I checked with our tech support group and they have not had any incoming call from you so perhaps your problem is related to a service request. The tech support manager has asked one of his people to try and reach you. Do we have your phone number on record here? If not, please email it to "support@ashtech.com"
