Assumed Coordinated System

Bill,
I have a copy of a paper that looks to be some of Astech notes on using the software to use assumed coordinates on a survey system. Do you know anything about this paper. Sorry that I do not know the author or can give anymore information.

The paper you refer to can be accessed from www.ashtech.com. Select Surveying from the left-hand list and then select Tech Talk. The paper is titled 'Grid to Ground using Locus Processor / Ashtech Solutions'.
