Huskey Survey Controler

I have 2 Huskey FS2 with the survey controler software installed. I have not been using them very much and had them in a drawer in my desk without batteries for about 4 months. I got them out yesterday and installed new batteries and one of them will not respond. Any suggestions?

F1, Power, Two Shift keys all at once. Hold them for about 10 secs until the light comes on and she beeps

Yup ... had the same problem. Lew's sugestion should work. Sales Rep said that's a safe gaurd that Husky puts in there system to keep the internal memory batteries alive.
